I just signed up as an independent contractor. How do I get started?

We want to make sure you have everything you need to be successful on our platform, so here are a few tips to help you get started:

Complete Your Profile

Before sending out any proposals, we recommend that you complete your independent contractor profile. This includes adding a photo and filling in your bio, work history, education, impact goals, and personal goals.

Verify Your Skills

Verifying your skills will let the clients know that you have, indeed, knowledge and/or experience in that area and will make your profile more appealing.

Search for Jobs

Once your profile is complete, you're ready to start searching for jobs. Our wide range of filters and options allows you to quickly find available jobs that meet your criteria and are related to your skill set.

Send Proposals

When you find a job you're interested in applying for, you can submit a proposal. In your proposal, you'll be able to tell the client how you can help them with their project. You'll also be asked to include your proposed rate. If a client is interested in your proposal, they'll reach out to you through our website.
